170 Oil drum for baking paint

Product Introduction:

This product is a high-temperature baking paint made from modified alkyd resins, combined with amino resins and high-grade pigments. After application, it is baked at a high temperature (approximately 170°C) to form a decorative and protective topcoat, providing excellent gloss, adhesion, and flexibility. We recommend this paint for use on new or repaired oil drums.

Drying time:

Theoretical coverage:

1. Theoretical coverage: 13.5 m²/kg/coating with a dry film thickness of 30 μm and a wet film thickness of 65 μm.
2. The dilution ratio can be adjusted according to surface conditions, environment, film thickness, and coating method.

Surface treatment:

1. The substrate must be clean and dry, free of any visible surface contaminants. Use sandpaper to remove all rust and solvent to clean the surface oil.
2. After surface treatment, all dust and grease must be removed.

Construction conditions:

1. The ambient temperature during construction must not exceed 35°C, and the relative humidity must be less than 80%.
2. The construction area must be well-ventilated and explosion-proof.

Instructional Purpose:

1. Stir well before use.
2. Thinner: THINNER170N
3. Dilute 20-25% depending on the required film thickness and application.
