PU FOAM – FIRE-RETARDANT FOAM

DucAnh PU Foam B1 is a synthetic fire-resistant polyurethane foam. It is used to seal gaps, ensuring that cracks and openings are airtight to dampen vibrations and external noise.

– Applications: Sealing around windows, doors, and sliding doors. Filling gaps and holes around pipes, ventilation ducts, utility lines, electrical conduits, etc.

– Advantages:

– Fire resistance meeting B1 standards, increasing building safety; high expansion rate, vibration resistant, noise reduction, and excellent thermal insulation.

– High adhesive strength, suitable for most construction materials such as metal, wood, brick, concrete, plastic, etc.

– Can be plastered and painted; environmentally non-toxic.

– Instructions for use:

Clean and moisten the surface before application to improve adhesion. Shake the can vigorously about 20 times, remove the cap, and attach the nozzle to the spray head. When using, turn the can upside down, aiming the nozzle at the gap. The optimal application temperature is 15 – 25°C. The foam will expand after 2 to 3 hours and fully cure after 8 hours at room temperature. Use acetone or a specialized cleaning agent to clean the nozzle and valve, and tightly close the cap after use.

– Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place at a temperature below 35°C.
