Product Description
This is a new type of heat-shrinkable product made from EPDM rubber and special resins. Upon heating, the inner diameter of the sleeve rapidly shrinks, tightly encasing the protected electronic components within the sleeve, unaffected by the external environment. Compared to ordinary EPDM rubber tubing, this product features better physical and mechanical properties due to electron accelerator irradiation cross-linking, higher voltage resistance, and better wear resistance. The product is rubber-like, soft, and highly elastic, providing a smooth installation experience. It is mainly used for electronic insulation, solder joint rust and corrosion protection, protection of agricultural and household machinery, decoration, lighting fixtures, and other electronic, automotive, and consumer products.

Heat shrink ratio: ≥50%
Shrinkage temperature: ≥+120 ℃
It exhibits good weather resistance, acid and alkali resistance, chemical solvent resistance, and UV resistance.
It has a high temperature resistance rating and can be used for a long time in an environment of 150 ℃ , and for a short time or intermittently in an environment of 180-200 ℃ or above.
