The clamp-type top expansion bus connector is used for the top expansion connection of SF6 insulated metal switchgear. It achieves a fully sealed and fully insulated connection between the load switch and the bus, completely avoiding the fatal defects caused by high voltage exposure in harsh weather conditions. It is also easy to install and highly reliable.
Product Description
- The clamp-type top expansion bus connector includes:
- 1. WEB-15/DJ2 T-connector (T-joint)
- 2. WEB-15/SJ2 cross connector (four-way connector)
- 3. WEB-15/M2 busbar
Depending on the customer's choice, the connector body is made of either SIR or EPDM material. The busbar length is customized according to customer requirements, and the busbar ends are fixed to the bushing with clamps. It is suitable for electrical systems with a rated voltage of up to 24kV and a rated current of up to 1250A. The bushing interface conforms to the requirements of DIN47636, EN50180 & 50181 standards.
