Product Introduction:

825 CLEANTHANE 3000K is a high-performance two-component polyurethane waterproof topcoat. It consists of Component A (base agent) and Component B (hardener), which, through precise mixing, undergo a chemical reaction to form a tough, highly weather-resistant coating. This product utilizes advanced polyurethane technology to provide excellent waterproof, protective, and decorative effects on a variety of substrates, and is particularly suitable for surfaces exposed to outdoor environments for extended periods.

1. Excellent weather resistance and UV protection: After the coating cures, it forms a dense structure that can effectively resist strong sunlight ( UV ) radiation, and is not prone to yellowing, chalking or embrittlement, thus greatly extending its service life.

2. Excellent waterproof and impermeable properties: The cured coating forms a seamless, highly elastic waterproof membrane that effectively blocks moisture penetration and provides a reliable waterproof barrier.

3. High wear resistance and stain resistance: The coating surface is tough and durable, resisting minor mechanical wear, and is not easily stained, making cleaning and maintenance simple.

4. Excellent adhesion: It has excellent adhesion to various substrates such as concrete, cement mortar, and metal, and is not easy to peel off.

5. Stability of two components: A and B are packaged separately to effectively avoid deterioration due to storage. The reaction is stable after mixing, and there is ample time for application.

6. Convenient construction: With moderate fluidity, it can be applied by roller, brush or spray. It is simple and convenient to operate and suitable for professional construction personnel.

Drying time will vary depending on the ambient temperature and humidity.

The actual amount of paint applied will vary depending on factors such as the condition of the ground, the type of paint, the gloss, and the color.

Construction conditions: Concrete must be cured for at least 28 days in an environment with an air temperature of 21 degrees Celsius and a relative humidity of 50%.

Cleaning: After using all tools, please clean them thoroughly with the recommended thinner.

If dilution is required, please use the provided thinner.

For walls with different degrees of chalkiness, the dilution ratio can be adjusted appropriately according to their paint absorption capacity and the number of coats applied.

Instructions for use:

Surface treatment

Concrete needs to be cured for at least 28 days in an environment with an air temperature of 21 degrees Celsius and a relative humidity of 50%.

Before construction, moisture, grease, old or damaged coatings, and other contaminants must be removed from the surface.

If there are any cracks on the surface, please use Cleanthane 1000 to add fiberglass repair.

For coarse cracks or fissures, as well as the junction of walls and floors, reinforce with Cleanthane 2100 and grout ( 7:3).

Paint preparation

Stir well before use, and mix thoroughly with the hardener as recommended in the instructions.

Under normal circumstances, no thinner needs to be added (if necessary, a matching thinner can be added, but the amount added should be less than 5% ).

Storage:

Storage period: 6 months

This product must be stored in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place, away from direct sunlight and fire.

Notes:

Please read the paint instructions carefully before application.

The paint should be thoroughly stirred after opening the can.

Strictly follow the dilution ratio specified in the instructions; do not dilute excessively.

Please mix the main agent and hardener thoroughly according to the proportions indicated in the instruction manual.

Any grease, moisture, or dust on the construction surface must be thoroughly cleaned, and the moisture content of the substrate must be less than 8%.

This product is flammable and should be kept away from heat sources and open flames.

The work area should be well-ventilated during construction, and workers should avoid contact with skin and eyes. Please refer to SDS for relevant information.

Do not use when the temperature is below 5 °C or the relative humidity exceeds 85%.

Unused main agent and hardener should be sealed separately and stored in a cool place.

Gray and light-colored products may fade or change color over time or during application due to exposure to ultraviolet radiation. This is a normal reaction and does not affect the quality or performance.
