Product Introduction:

Special acrylic polymers combined with waterproof and reinforced aggregate powder create a soft, elastic, resilient, weather-resistant, and waterproof membrane.

Instructions for use:

1. Preparations before construction:
• After removing the formwork, clean up sawdust, wire, dust, etc., and allow it to dry before proceeding with construction. • Remove and clean cement residue, oil stains, dust, etc. Check the strength of the substrate to avoid poor adhesion and bulging. Repair any localized honeycomb-like defects on the construction surface first. Fill cracks and holes with sealant after the primer dries, and round corners with resin mortar. • Apply NP-370P as a base coat first. If the substrate has high water absorption, apply a second coat. Apply the waterproof membrane after it has dried and hardened (at least 4 hours). • The smoother and firmer the construction surface, the better the waterproofing effect.
2. Application method:
• When mixing, it is strongly recommended to place the resin in the container first, then add the powder (aggregate or cement) and stir. After stirring evenly, let it stand for five minutes to allow the air bubbles to dissipate, then stir slightly again before use. • Select appropriate rollers, brushes, trowels, or other tools according to the substrate; when applying, the waterproof coating must completely cover the substrate surface. After applying the first coat, before the waterproof coating dries, fiberglass mesh (10cm wide) can be laid at the inside and outside corners and seams to strengthen crack resistance. • Avoid applying more than 2mm thick in one coat to prevent uneven drying and cracks; if cracks appear, apply a reinforcing coat at the cracks. The second coat should be applied perpendicular to the direction of the first coat to create a strong and durable coating. For walls, a height of at least 15cm is recommended.
• It is recommended to apply an insulation and protective layer (e.g., paint, tiles, foam glass) to the roof. Avoid rain, high-temperature exposure, and frost damage for 24 hours after application to prevent affecting the material strength; also avoid walking, impacts, or other external forces.
3. Mixing ratio:
• Resin (Agent A): Bone (Agent B) = 15:20 (by weight)
• When applying by roller, adding 5-10% water (for resin) can improve workability. • Avoid over-dilution, as this will affect the coating properties.

Precautions:

1. Storage stability: Under normal conditions (5~40℃), at least one year. It is generally recommended to use within six months.
2. Grease, moisture, dust, rust, and other contaminants adhering to the surface must be thoroughly cleaned.
3. In adverse weather conditions, high temperatures, intense sunlight, strong dry winds, or with highly absorbent substrates, the working time will be shortened. Therefore, it is recommended to apply 1-2 more coats of primer to ensure a proper seal and extend the working time.
4. When applying the primer, use the roller to apply slight pressure and press the substrate for a better effect.
5. The actual coating amount will vary depending on the shape, roughness, or working environment of the surface.
6. Do not reuse materials poured out of the container to ensure quality.
7. After opening, the remaining materials should not be left for an extended period to prevent spoilage.
8. The paint should be stored in a well-ventilated, cool place. Do not expose it to direct sunlight outdoors to avoid affecting the quality of the material.
9. During roof construction, pay attention to the drainage slope to prevent water accumulation.
