Multi-functional waterproof and heat-insulating topcoat

Product Introduction:

CT-333 is a multi-functional, water-based, environmentally friendly, and waterproof topcoat. Special internal materials reflect solar heat, reducing heat buildup inside the house (SRI > 90 solar reflectance), thus reducing air conditioning cooling time and achieving energy savings. When used with an anti-rust primer, it can also be applied directly to corrugated roofs for insulation and waterproofing. This advanced waterproofing material can be used on roofs; if the required thickness is achieved, it can even be walked on directly while maintaining waterproofing. The product's elongation rate can reach 300%. Application is also very easy; simply open the container and stir slightly before use.

*The actual amount used may vary depending on the shape of the surface being worked on or the working environment.
*Do not allow material to accumulate, as surface skin formation will prevent the colloid from fully reacting.

Notes:

1. Ambient temperature: It is recommended to apply this product at a temperature of 5~35℃.
2. Environmental conditions: Avoid application in adverse weather conditions, high temperatures, direct sunlight, strong dry winds, or on surfaces with highly absorbent materials, as this will shorten the product's workability. Avoid application on rainy days or when the surface is damp with standing water. If application must be done in hot summer weather, avoid the period around midday (1 hour before or after noon).
3. Surface temperature: Avoid construction when the surface temperature exceeds 40°C.
4. Substrate moisture: The surface to be applied should be kept dry. Avoid applying the material when the moisture content of the substrate is greater than 15%.
5. If structural reinforcement is required for the base material (such as reinforcement of cracks), it can be used in conjunction with polyester fiber or non-woven fabric.
6. Avoid excessive material accumulation and excessively thick single coatings, which can cause cracking or slow drying of the material.

Implementation procedure :

General site preparation:
1. Treatment of sand and powder on the construction surface.
2. First, remove debris and cement powder from the construction surface with a steel brush or similar electric tool, and then use a vacuum cleaner or leaf blower to remove dust from the construction surface.
3. Cracks, holes, and corners must be filled and leveled using cement prepared with the correct water-cement ratio or a product with the same effect.
Primer application (tools: spray gun, roller brush, brush, water ladle): The primer should be applied in sufficient quantity and evenly to the construction surface to ensure thorough penetration into the substrate.
1. Dilute the base coat to an appropriate amount according to the workability of the substrate, and apply it evenly to the substrate surface in 1-2 layers. After the surface skin forms, continue to cure for 15-30 minutes (approximately 2 hours in total after completion at 25°C).
2. If the primer only forms a film on the surface and does not penetrate into the construction surface, please remove it and reapply; primer that does not properly penetrate the substrate will not help the performance of the waterproofing system.
3. If using a water ladle to spray the primer, pay attention to the soil's absorption and avoid accumulation or uneven spraying. If accumulation or uneven spraying occurs, use a roller brush to smooth it out.
CT-333 Operation:
1. Apply 2-3 coats of CT-333 after the aforementioned materials (such as primer or waterproof intermediate coat) have dried; do not apply if the aforementioned materials are not dry.
2. Before construction, the surface condition must be checked again. It must be clean and free of dust and debris to avoid affecting the adhesion of materials.
3. Mix the ingredients in the original container with a low-speed mixer for about 1 minute.
4. After proper surface preparation, apply at least two coats of CT-333 evenly. When applying with a roller or brush, apply both coats perpendicularly to ensure a complete and sealed coating.
5. When applying the first coat of CT-333, dilute it with 5% water before application; for the second coat, do not dilute it and apply it on top of the first coat after 24 hours of curing.
6. To continue with the third step, follow the same steps as above.
7. Maintenance period: 7 days or more; in high humidity, low temperature and poor ventilation, the maintenance period may need to be extended depending on the situation.

Storage method :

1. Store in a well-ventilated, cool place (5~35℃), on a pallet or other safe storage space, and keep the original factory seal intact.
2. Avoid direct sunlight, high temperatures, and extreme weather; excessive humidity and exposure to ultraviolet radiation will shorten the shelf life of the product.
3. If stored under the above conditions, the Shelf Life of this product is 12 months from the date of manufacture.
4. Once the product is opened, it should be used up as soon as possible.
5. Failure to store the product according to these recommendations may result in quality issues or packaging defects.
6. We are not responsible for quality issues arising from defective packaging.

Health and safety information :

1. Excessive inhalation of escaping gases: If a patient experiences dizziness or lightheadedness due to inhaling excessive chemical gases, remove them from the exposed environment immediately.
2. If it gets into your eyes: Rinse with saline solution or clean water, keep your eyelids open for at least 10 minutes, and seek medical help.
3. Skin contact: Rinse immediately with water, and thoroughly clean with a cleaning product and rinse thoroughly with water. If the affected area is persistently itchy and hot, please use medication.
4. Accidental ingestion of the product: If the patient is conscious, rinse the mouth with water to remove any residue and administer 200-300ml of water orally; do not induce vomiting.
