815E Water-based Elastic Molding Paint
Product Introduction:
This product is made primarily of acrylic emulsion resin , mixed with performance additives. It is an environmentally friendly product, producing a smooth and even coating with weather resistance, water resistance, and chemical resistance. It is also easy to apply.
characteristic:
1. Excellent scrub resistance; stains on the paint film surface can be easily cleaned.
2. The elastic paint film can cover up the tiny cracks in the wall.
3. Excellent vertical wall waterproofing performance, preventing external water penetration and corrosion of concrete and cement walls.
4. The paint film is smooth and the colors are rich.
5. Excellent anti-mold, anti-algae, and alkali resistance properties, and outstanding weather resistance.
6. Simple and convenient construction. 7. No unpleasant odor, meets environmental protection requirements.
use:
1. Suitable for the construction and maintenance of large buildings such as residences, hotels, office buildings, and schools.
2. Widely used for the decoration of interior walls, ceilings, plasterboard, and wooden partitions in buildings.
3. Can be used for the decoration and protection of concrete or cement mortar walls on the exterior of buildings.
4. Particularly suitable for coating wall surfaces with fine cracks.
5. Can be used to protect and enhance the color of walls and floors. The coating is flexible and can protect the cement wall structure and slow down aging.

Drying time will vary depending on the ambient temperature and humidity.
Theoretical coverage:
Typical: 5 m²/L/coat (dry film thickness: 100 μm ( per coat ) )
Design wall coating: 2.5 m²/L/coat (dry film thickness: 200 μm ( per coat ) ).
Depending on the design, there may be a reasonable error of 30-40% or more in the amount of paint used. The actual amount of paint applied will vary depending on factors such as the condition of the wall, the type of paint, the gloss, and the color.
construction:
Tools: airless spray gun, paintbrush, roller
Dry film thickness: Adjustable as needed
Construction conditions: Construction should be carried out at a temperature above 5 ℃ and a relative humidity below 85%.
Cleaning: After using all tools, it is recommended to clean them with clean water.
If dilution is required, please use purified water.
For walls with different degrees of chalkiness, the dilution ratio can be adjusted appropriately according to their paint absorption capacity and the number of coats applied.
Surface treatment:
Before painting, the exterior wall surface must be firm, dry, clean, and free of dust and oil stains ( for oil stains, please use solvents to clean ) , moss, and dirt.
The following different methods can be used to handle the situation, depending on the circumstances:
New walls (unpainted)
Ensure the walls are completely dry; concrete and plaster walls should have sufficient curing time.
Wall humidity: The humidity of brick and mortar walls should be below 8%.
The pH value of cement walls, concrete, and cement mortar walls should be less than 10.
Please use appropriate tools to remove mortar residue and protrusions from the wall surface.
Fine grease and dust should be cleaned with a neutral detergent or solvent, or wiped with a damp cloth to thoroughly remove all stains.
For large cracks and dents on the wall surface, please repair with cement mortar; for small holes and cracks that cannot be filled smoothly with paint, use putty to repair them (try to repair only the affected areas). After using repair materials, the wall must be completely dry and sanded smooth before continuing construction.
Old wall (already painted)
If the original paint layer is intact and adheres well to the wall, you can continue applying the paint. However, if the paint becomes chalky, you can lightly sand it with sandpaper or remove the chalky layer with a low-pressure water gun. The wall must be completely dry and sanded smooth before continuing the application.
If the old paint film is partially damaged, use appropriate tools to remove the damaged paint film down to the edge of the still-firm part, and repair it smoothly before continuing the work.
Construction method:
1. Please read the paint instructions carefully before application.
2. The paint should be thoroughly stirred after opening the can.
3. Strictly follow the dilution ratio specified in the instruction manual; do not over-dilute.
4. Depending on the different application tools, adhere to the recoating intervals and coating thicknesses specified in the instruction manual to ensure coating quality.
5. Avoid applying excessive paint to the brush or roller during application.
6. Tools should be cleaned immediately after construction.
7. Do not pour diluted paint back into the original packaging.
Storage:
Store in a cool, clean, and dry place between 5 °C and 35 °C. Unused paint should be sealed tightly. Adding impurities will cause the paint to deteriorate. If unopened and properly stored, the product has a shelf life of one year.
