903W Water-based Alkali-resistant Exterior Wall Primer
Product Introduction:
Water-based exterior wall primer is a high-performance coating specifically designed for building exteriors. It uses water as a solvent, has no pungent odor, is environmentally friendly and easy to apply, and effectively improves the adhesion and durability of subsequent topcoats. It is an indispensable and important part of the exterior wall coating system.
characteristic:
1. Excellent adhesion: It can penetrate deep into the pores of the wall, effectively seal the substrate, greatly enhance the adhesion between the topcoat and the wall, and prevent the coating from peeling off.
2. Strong resistance to alkali and efflorescence: The special formula effectively resists the seepage of alkaline substances from cement walls, thereby preventing efflorescence and extending the life of the coating.
3. Excellent penetration and sealing properties: It has excellent penetration capabilities, which can seal loose old walls or chalking layers, providing a stable coating base.
4. Excellent weather resistance: It can resist weather changes such as sun and rain, protect the wall structure, and ensure the long-term beauty of the coating.
5. Environmentally friendly and safe: Free from harmful substances such as formaldehyde and benzene, low in VOCs (volatile organic compounds), meets green environmental protection standards, and is non-toxic and odorless during construction, making it more friendly to human health and the environment.
6. Easy to apply: The water-based formula can be diluted with water, making it easy to clean tools. It also dries at a moderate speed, which helps improve application efficiency.
use:
1. Exterior walls of new and old buildings: Suitable for concrete, cement mortar, brick walls and other substrates of various new and old buildings.
2. Renovation Project: Before renovating or repainting old walls, it can be used as a base layer to effectively solve problems such as chalking and cracking of old walls.
3. Multiple coating systems: It can be used with various water-based topcoats (such as latex paint, elastic paint, silicate coatings, etc.) to form a complete protective coating system.

Drying time will vary depending on the ambient temperature and humidity.
Theoretical coverage:
Typical: 6 m²/L/coat (dry film thickness: 50 μm (per coat))
The actual amount of paint applied will vary depending on factors such as the condition of the wall, the type of paint, the gloss, and the color.
construction:
Tools: airless spray gun, paintbrush, roller
Dry film thickness: Adjustable as needed
Construction conditions: Construction should be carried out at a temperature above 5℃ and a relative humidity below 85%.
Cleaning: After using all tools, it is recommended to clean them with clean water.
If dilution is required, please use purified water.
For walls with different degrees of chalkiness, the dilution ratio can be adjusted appropriately according to their paint absorption capacity and the number of coats applied.
Surface treatment:
Before painting, the exterior wall surface must be firm, dry, clean, and free of dust and oil stains (oil stains should be cleaned with solvent), moss, and dirt.
The following different methods can be used to handle the situation, depending on the circumstances:
New walls (unpainted)
Ensure the walls are completely dry; concrete and plaster walls should have sufficient curing time.
Wall humidity: The humidity of brick and mortar walls should be below 8%.
The pH value of cement walls, concrete, and cement mortar walls should be less than 10.
Please use appropriate tools to remove mortar residue and protrusions from the wall surface.
Fine grease and dust should be cleaned with a neutral detergent or solvent, or wiped with a damp cloth to thoroughly remove all stains.
For large cracks and dents on the wall surface, please repair with cement mortar; for small holes and cracks that cannot be filled smoothly with paint, use putty to repair them (try to repair only the affected areas). After using repair materials, the wall must be completely dry and sanded smooth before continuing construction.
Old wall (already painted)
If the original paint layer is intact and adheres well to the wall, you can continue applying the paint. However, if the paint becomes chalky, you can lightly sand it with sandpaper or remove the chalky layer with a low-pressure water gun. The wall must be completely dry and sanded smooth before continuing the application.
If the old paint film is partially damaged, use appropriate tools to remove the damaged paint film down to the edge of the still-firm part, and repair it smoothly before continuing the work.
Construction method:
1. Please read the paint instructions carefully before application.
2. The paint should be thoroughly stirred after opening the can.
3. Strictly follow the dilution ratio specified in the instruction manual; do not over-dilute.
4. Depending on the application tools, adhere to the recoating intervals and coating thicknesses specified in the instruction manual to ensure coating quality.
5. During application, avoid applying excessive paint to the brush or roller.
6. Tools should be cleaned immediately after construction.
7. Do not pour diluted paint back into the original packaging.

Storage:
Store in a cool, clean, and dry place between 5℃ and 35℃. Leftover paint should be sealed tightly. Adding impurities will cause the paint to deteriorate. If the product is unopened and properly stored, its shelf life is one year.
