6818 Fluorocarbon Specific Epoxy Primer
Product Introduction:
This product uses epoxy resin as the main resin, combined with polyamide hardener. The formulation design particularly emphasizes hiding power, substrate adhesion, and bonding performance with fluorocarbon topcoats. This product is waterproof, moisture-proof, and exhibits excellent chemical resistance.
characteristic:
1. Excellent coverage
2. The coating has excellent hardness and good wear resistance.
3. The coating exhibits excellent adhesion to the substrate and shows good adhesion to fluorocarbon topcoats.
4. Excellent waterproof, moisture-proof, chemical-resistant, and solvent-resistant properties, effectively protecting the substrate.
use:
Suitable for coating and decoration of equipment, steel structures, storage tanks, bridges, PC boards, etc.
Suitable for painting exterior walls and iron metal sheets of buildings.
It can be used for the decoration and protection of concrete or cement mortar walls and iron plates on the exterior walls of buildings.

Drying time will vary depending on the ambient temperature and humidity.
Theoretical coverage:
Typical: 10.6 m²/L/coat (dry film thickness: 50 μm ( per coat ) )
The actual amount of paint applied will vary depending on factors such as the condition of the wall, the type of paint, the gloss, and the color.
construction:
Tools: airless spray gun, paintbrush, roller
Dry film thickness: Adjustable as needed
Construction conditions: Construction should be carried out at a temperature above 5 ℃ and a relative humidity below 85%.
Cleaning: After using all tools, please clean them thoroughly with the recommended thinner.
If dilution is required, please use the provided thinner.
For walls with different degrees of chalkiness, the dilution ratio can be adjusted appropriately according to their paint absorption capacity and the number of coats applied.
Surface treatment:
Before painting, the exterior wall surface must be firm, dry, clean, and free of dust and oil stains ( for oil stains, please use solvents to clean ) , moss, and dirt.
The following different methods can be used to handle the situation, depending on the circumstances:
New walls (unpainted)
Ensure the walls are completely dry; concrete and plaster walls should have sufficient curing time.
Wall humidity: The humidity of brick and mortar walls should be below 8%.
The pH value of cement walls, concrete, and cement mortar walls should be less than 10.
Please use appropriate tools to remove mortar residue and protrusions from the wall surface.
Fine grease and dust should be cleaned with a neutral detergent or solvent, or wiped with a damp cloth to thoroughly remove all stains.
For large cracks and dents on the wall surface, please repair with cement mortar; for small holes and cracks that cannot be filled smoothly with paint, use putty to repair them (try to repair only the affected areas). After using repair materials, the wall must be completely dry and sanded smooth before continuing construction.
Old wall (already painted)
If the original paint layer is intact and adheres well to the wall, you can continue applying the paint. However, if the paint becomes chalky, you can lightly sand it with sandpaper or remove the chalky layer with a low-pressure water gun. The wall must be completely dry and sanded smooth before continuing the application.
If the old paint film is partially damaged, use appropriate tools to remove the damaged paint film down to the edge of the still-firm part, and repair it smoothly before continuing the work.
Construction method:
1. Please read the paint instructions carefully before application.
2. The paint should be thoroughly stirred after opening the can.
3. Strictly follow the dilution ratio specified in the instruction manual; do not over-dilute.
4. Depending on the different application tools, adhere to the recoating intervals and film thicknesses specified in the instruction manual to ensure coating quality.
5. Avoid applying excessive paint to the brush or roller during application.
6. Tools should be cleaned immediately after construction.
7. Do not pour diluted paint back into the original packaging.
