Product Introduction:

Epoxy self-leveling floor paint is a two-component, solvent-free epoxy resin floor coating formulated with high-quality epoxy resin, curing agents, selected fillers, and additives. This product features excellent self-leveling properties, creating a mirror-like, smooth, and seamless surface after application, providing outstanding decorative effects. Drying times vary depending on ambient temperature and humidity.

The actual coverage of the paint will deviate depending on various factors such as floor conditions, paint type, gloss, and color.

Instructions for Use:

Surface Preparation

The application surface must be flat and dry.

Before application, remove moisture, oil, old damaged coatings, and other contaminants from the surface.

Paint Preparation

Stir well before use and mix thoroughly with the hardener according to the instructions in the manual.

Generally, no thinner is required (if necessary, use the matching thinner, addition amount <5%).

Storage:

Shelf life: 12 months

This product must be stored in a sealed container in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place, away from direct sunlight and fire sources.

Precautions:

Please read the paint instruction manual carefully before application.

Stir the paint thoroughly after opening the container.

Strictly follow the dilution ratio specified in the manual; do not over-dilute.

Mix the base and hardener thoroughly according to the ratio specified in the manual.

Oil, moisture, and dust on the floor must be removed thoroughly, and the substrate moisture content must be less than 8%.

This product is flammable; keep away from heat sources and open flames.

Keep the workplace well-ventilated during application and avoid contact with skin and eyes. Refer to the SDS for related safety matters.

Do not apply if the temperature is below 5℃ or relative humidity exceeds 85%.

Store unused base and hardener separately in sealed containers in a cool place.

It is normal for epoxy floor paint to fade or change color under sunlight, which does not affect quality or performance.
