6500 Polyurethane Insulation Paint
Product Introduction:
This product is a high-performance two-component polyurethane thermal insulation paint specifically designed for outdoor building coatings. It utilizes advanced hollow ceramic microsphere technology and high-efficiency nano-reflective materials to effectively block visible light, infrared, and ultraviolet rays from sunlight, thereby significantly reducing building surface temperature. Its polyurethane resin base provides the coating with excellent weather resistance, stain resistance, abrasion resistance, and superior adhesion. This product is typically used as the final topcoat for outdoor buildings, sprayed directly over an epoxy primer to form a robust and heat-reflective protective layer, making it an ideal choice for improving building energy efficiency.
characteristic:
1. High-efficiency heat insulation and cooling: Contains special heat insulation filler that can reflect up to 90% or more of sunlight, effectively reducing the indoor temperature of buildings, reducing air conditioning energy consumption, and achieving energy saving and carbon reduction effects.
2. Excellent weather resistance: Polyurethane resin provides excellent resistance to UV, aging and chalking, and can maintain the gloss and color of the paint film for a long time. It is not easy to yellow or crack, and is suitable for changing outdoor environments.
3. Tough, wear-resistant and stain-resistant: The paint film is tough and has excellent wear resistance, chemical corrosion resistance and stain resistance. It can effectively resist environmental erosion such as acid rain and dust, and is easy to clean and maintain.
4. Excellent adhesion: It has excellent adhesion to properly treated epoxy primer surfaces, is not easy to peel off, and ensures the long-term stability of the coating.
5. Good workability: It can be applied by spraying, rolling or brushing, with spraying being particularly effective. It has good leveling properties, can form a film quickly, and improves construction efficiency.
use:
This product is suitable for various outdoor building surfaces that require thermal insulation and protection, such as:
1. Building roof and exterior walls
2. Industrial plants and warehouses
3. Oil storage tank, gas storage tank
4. Agricultural greenhouses and livestock farms
5. Surfaces of precast panels and metal building materials
In short, this product can be used as a high-performance protective topcoat for any building exterior that aims to achieve cooling and energy conservation by reflecting solar heat.

Drying time will vary depending on the ambient temperature and humidity.
Theoretical coverage:
Typical: 2 m²/L/coat (dry film thickness: 300 μm (per coat))
The actual amount of paint applied will vary depending on factors such as the condition of the wall, the type of paint, the gloss, and the color.
construction:
Tools: airless spray gun, paintbrush, roller
Dry film thickness: Adjustable as needed
Construction conditions: Construction should be carried out at a temperature above 5℃ and a relative humidity below 85%.
Cleaning: After using all tools, please clean them thoroughly with the recommended thinner.
If dilution is required, please use the provided thinner.
For walls with different degrees of chalkiness, the dilution ratio can be adjusted appropriately according to their paint absorption capacity and the number of coats applied.
Surface treatment:
Before painting, the exterior wall surface must be firm, dry, clean, and free of dust and oil stains (use solvent to clean oil stains), moss, and dirt. Depending on the situation, the following methods can be used for treatment:
New walls (unpainted)
Ensure the walls are completely dry; concrete and plaster walls should have sufficient curing time.
Wall humidity: The humidity of brick and mortar walls should be below 8%.
The pH value of cement walls, concrete, and cement mortar walls should be less than 10.
Please use appropriate tools to remove mortar residue and protrusions from the wall surface.
Fine grease and dust should be cleaned with a neutral detergent or solvent, or wiped with a damp cloth to thoroughly remove all stains.
For large cracks and dents on the wall surface, please repair with cement mortar; for small holes and cracks that cannot be filled smoothly with paint, use putty to repair them (try to repair only the affected areas). After using repair materials, the wall must be completely dry and sanded smooth before continuing construction.
Old wall (already painted)
If the original paint layer is intact and adheres well to the wall, you can continue applying the paint. However, if the paint becomes chalky, you can lightly sand it with sandpaper or remove the chalky layer with a low-pressure water gun. The wall must be completely dry and sanded smooth before continuing the application.
If the old paint film is partially damaged, use appropriate tools to remove the damaged paint film down to the edge of the still-firm part, and repair it smoothly before continuing the work.
Construction method:
1. Please read the paint instructions carefully before application.
2. The paint should be thoroughly stirred after opening the can.
3. Strictly follow the dilution ratio specified in the instruction manual; do not over-dilute.
4. Depending on the application tools, adhere to the recoating intervals and coating thicknesses specified in the instruction manual to ensure coating quality.
5. During application, avoid applying excessive paint to the brush or roller.
6. Tools should be cleaned immediately after construction.
7. Do not pour diluted paint back into the original packaging.
