Product Introduction:

This product is a high-performance epoxy anti-corrosion paint for wastewater treatment plants. It is a two-component, thick-paste epoxy coating. It is refined from specially formulated epoxy resin, modified curing agent, highly corrosion-resistant filler, and special functional additives. This coating is specifically designed for concrete or metal substrates that are immersed in sewage, wastewater, and chemical media for extended periods. It effectively resists the corrosive gases and chemicals such as hydrogen sulfide, sulfuric acid, and biogas, providing excellent protection.

This product is specifically designed for the surfaces of structures that require long-term immersion and are subject to chemical corrosion. Its main applications include:

Instructions for use:

Surface treatment

The surface to be worked on must be flat and dry.

Before construction, moisture, grease, old or damaged coatings, and other contaminants must be removed from the surface.

Paint preparation

Stir well before use, and mix thoroughly with the hardener as recommended in the instructions.

Under normal circumstances, no thinner needs to be added (if necessary, a matching thinner can be added, but the amount added should be less than 5% ).

Storage:

Storage validity period: 12 months

This product must be stored in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place, away from direct sunlight and fire.

Notes:

Please read the paint instructions carefully before application.

The paint should be thoroughly stirred after opening the can.

Strictly follow the dilution ratio specified in the instructions; do not dilute excessively.

Please mix the main agent and hardener thoroughly according to the proportions indicated in the instruction manual.

Any grease, moisture, or dust on the construction surface must be thoroughly cleaned, and the moisture content of the substrate must be less than 8%.

This product is flammable and should be kept away from heat sources and open flames.

The work area should be well-ventilated during construction, and workers should avoid contact with skin and eyes. Please refer to SDS for relevant information.

Do not use when the temperature is below 5 °C or the relative humidity exceeds 85%.

Unused main agent and hardener should be sealed separately and stored in a cool place.

Epoxy floor coatings may fade or change color under sunlight, which is a normal reaction and does not affect their quality or performance.
