Product Introduction:

This product is a high-performance, solvent-free epoxy intermediate coat designed with 100% solid content, composed of epoxy resin, a specialized curing agent, high-load aggregates, and functional additives. It is developed specifically for flooring systems requiring high strength, wear resistance, and chemical corrosion resistance. As the intermediate layer of an epoxy flooring system, it effectively fills surface pores and defects, providing excellent compressive strength and adhesion, laying a solid foundation for subsequent topcoat application, and serves as an indispensable key layer in flooring systems.

Application Instructions:

Surface Preparation

The application surface must be flat and dry.

Before application, remove moisture, oil, old damaged coatings, and other contaminants from the surface.

Paint Preparation

Stir well before use and mix thoroughly with the curing agent according to the guidelines in the manual.

Under normal conditions, no thinner is required (if necessary, compatible thinner may be added, <5%).

Storage:

Shelf life: 12 months

Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area in a sealed container, away from direct sunlight and fire sources.

Precautions:

Read the paint instruction manual carefully before application.

Stir the paint thoroughly after opening.

Strictly follow the thinning ratios specified in the manual; do not over-thin.

Mix the base and curing agent thoroughly according to the ratios specified in the manual.

Ensure the surface is free of oil, moisture, and dust, and verify the substrate moisture content is less than 8%.

This product is flammable; keep away from heat sources and open flames.

Maintain good ventilation in the workplace during application; avoid contact with skin and eyes—consult the SDS for relevant safety information.

Do not use when the temperature is below 5℃ or relative humidity exceeds 85%.

Store unused base and curing agent separately in sealed containers in a cool place.

Color fading or discoloration of epoxy floor paint under sunlight is a normal reaction and does not affect quality or performance.
