Product Introduction:

NN85 is a two-component, high-performance, acid-resistant epoxy floor coating. It uses a specially selected epoxy resin as the main film-forming material, combined with a highly efficient aromatic amine curing agent, which chemically reacts and cures into a tough film at room temperature. This formulation is designed to provide excellent chemical corrosion resistance, especially against acidic media. The cured film is smooth, hard, and wear-resistant, effectively protecting the substrate while offering high cleanliness and decorative properties. This product is suitable for various industrial floors requiring high standards of acid and alkali resistance, making it an ideal choice for solving harsh environmental floor protection problems.

2. Excellent physical and mechanical properties: The cured paint film is hard, wear-resistant, and impact-resistant, and can withstand high-intensity vehicle and pedestrian pressure, effectively extending the service life of the floor.

3. Strong adhesion: It has excellent adhesion to substrates such as concrete and cement mortar, and is not easy to fall off or crack.

4. Excellent workability: After the two components are mixed in the correct proportion, there is an appropriate working time, good leveling properties, and simple and convenient construction.

5. Easy to clean and maintain: The paint film surface is dense and non-porous, making it easy to accumulate dust and dirt, and daily cleaning and maintenance are easy and convenient.

This product is widely used in various locations where the flooring requires strict acid resistance, including:

1. Chemical plant area: especially the floors of battery manufacturing, chemical storage and production workshops.

2. Electroplating plant: Areas with the risk of acid splashing, such as electroplating tank area and pickling tank area.

3. Pharmaceutical plants and laboratories: Laboratory workbenches and pharmaceutical production areas, where the floors need to be protected against chemical reagent leaks.

4. Food processing plant: Areas that require the use of acidic cleaning agents for disinfection or production.

5. Others: Any industrial flooring, storage tank linings, etc., that may come into contact with acidic substances.

Drying time will vary depending on the ambient temperature and humidity.

The actual amount of paint applied will vary depending on factors such as the condition of the ground, the type of paint, the gloss, and the color.

Instructions for use:

Surface treatment

The surface to be worked on must be flat and dry.

Before construction, moisture, grease, old or damaged coatings, and other contaminants must be removed from the surface.

Paint preparation

Stir well before use, and mix thoroughly with the hardener as recommended in the instructions.

Under normal circumstances, no thinner needs to be added (if necessary, a matching thinner can be added, but the amount added should be less than 5% ).

Storage:

Storage validity period: 12 months

This product must be stored in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place, away from direct sunlight and fire.

Notes:

Please read the paint instructions carefully before application.

The paint should be thoroughly stirred after opening the can.

Strictly follow the dilution ratio specified in the instructions; do not dilute excessively.

Please mix the main agent and hardener thoroughly according to the proportions indicated in the instruction manual.

Any grease, moisture, or dust on the construction surface must be thoroughly cleaned, and the moisture content of the substrate must be less than 8%.

This product is flammable and should be kept away from heat sources and open flames.

The work area should be well-ventilated during construction, and workers should avoid contact with skin and eyes. Please refer to SDS for relevant information.

Do not use when the temperature is below 5 °C or the relative humidity exceeds 85%.

Unused main agent and hardener should be sealed separately and stored in a cool place.

Epoxy floor coatings may fade or change color under sunlight, which is a normal reaction and does not affect their quality or performance.

Safety Precautions:

1. Ensure good ventilation during application, and keep the paint away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
2. To avoid contact with skin and eyes or inhalation of excessive paint fumes, please use protective equipment such as a face mask and gloves.
