Product Introduction:

DHDC 9600 is a high-performance two-component epoxy resin topcoat designed for industrial and commercial environments requiring effective static electricity control. This product eliminates static hazards by uniformly dispersing conductive fillers throughout the coating, creating a stable conductive network that rapidly conducts accumulated static charge to grounding devices. Its superior physical and chemical properties make it an ideal flooring solution for electronics manufacturing, precision instruments, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, chemical industries, and any static-sensitive location.

1. Excellent anti-static performance: The surface resistance is stably controlled between 10⁵ Ω and 10⁹ Ω, which meets international anti-static standards.

2. Excellent physical properties: The coating has excellent abrasion resistance, compressive strength and impact resistance, and can withstand the pressure of high pedestrian traffic and light vehicles.

3. Excellent chemical stability: It has excellent resistance to various acid, alkali, salt solutions and solvents, protecting the substrate from chemical corrosion.

4. Strong adhesion: When used in conjunction with epoxy primer systems, it exhibits excellent adhesion to substrates such as concrete and steel, and is not easily peeled off.

Drying time will vary depending on the ambient temperature and humidity.

Note: This product will fully perform after coating at 20°C and drying for 15 days.

Theoretical coverage:

Typical: 10.5 m²/L/coat (dry film thickness: 40 μm (per coat))

The actual amount of paint applied will vary depending on factors such as the condition of the ground, the type of paint, the gloss, and the color.

Instructions for use:

Surface treatment

The surface to be worked on must be flat and dry.

Before construction, moisture, grease, old or damaged coatings, and other contaminants must be removed from the surface.

Paint preparation

Stir well before use, and mix thoroughly with the hardener as recommended in the instructions.

Under normal circumstances, no thinner needs to be added (if necessary, a matching thinner can be added, but the amount added should be less than 5%).

Storage:

Storage validity period: 12 months

This product must be stored in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place, away from direct sunlight and fire.

Notes:

Please read the paint instructions carefully before application.

The paint should be thoroughly stirred after opening the can.

Strictly follow the dilution ratio specified in the instructions; do not dilute excessively.

Please mix the main agent and hardener thoroughly according to the proportions indicated in the instruction manual.

Any grease, moisture, or dust on the construction surface must be thoroughly cleaned, and the moisture content of the substrate must be less than 8%.

This product is flammable and should be kept away from heat sources and open flames.

The work area should be well-ventilated during construction, and workers should avoid contact with skin and eyes. Please refer to SDS for relevant information.

Do not use when the temperature is below 5°C or the relative humidity exceeds 85%.

Unused main agent and hardener should be sealed separately and stored in a cool place.

Epoxy floor coatings may fade or change color under sunlight, which is a normal reaction and does not affect their quality or performance.

Safety Precautions:

1. Ensure good ventilation during application, and keep the paint away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
2. To avoid skin and eye contact or inhalation of excessive paint fumes, please use protective equipment such as a face mask and gloves.
3. If it gets into your eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical attention.
4. Keep out of reach of children.
