31D Oil-based Exterior Wall Paint Thinner

Product Introduction:

31D thinner is a mixed solvent specifically designed for oil-based wall coatings. It is primarily used to adjust the application viscosity of the coating, improve leveling properties, and ensure optimal drying and curing of the film. This product is suitable for applications requiring high dissolving power and a moderate evaporation rate.

Designed to improve paint flowability and application results, while optimizing coating uniformity and adhesion. Suitable for industrial coating applications.

Color: Colorless to slightly yellow transparent liquid

Instructions for use:

Surface treatment

The surface to be worked on must be flat and dry.

Before construction, moisture, grease, old or damaged coatings, and other contaminants must be removed from the surface.

Paint preparation

Stir well before use, and mix thoroughly with the hardener as recommended in the instructions.

Under normal circumstances, no thinner needs to be added (if necessary, a matching thinner can be added, but the amount added should be less than 5%).

Storage:

Storage validity period: 2 years

This product must be stored in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place, away from direct sunlight and fire.

Notes:

Please read the paint instructions carefully before application.

The paint should be thoroughly stirred after opening the can.

Strictly follow the dilution ratio specified in the instructions; do not dilute excessively.

Please mix the main agent and hardener thoroughly according to the proportions indicated in the instruction manual.

This product is flammable and should be kept away from heat sources and open flames.

The work area should be well-ventilated during construction, and workers should avoid contact with skin and eyes. Please refer to SDS for relevant information.

Unused main agent and hardener should be sealed separately and stored in a cool place.
