Self-adhesive waterproof blanket series
Product Description:
The self-adhesive waterproof blanket series uses high-strength polyester fiber as the base material. Through impregnation and application with synthetic asphalt, it fuses with a tough and corrosion-resistant modified polymeric rubber to form a high-performance waterproof membrane. This series is easy and quick to apply, and it bonds completely and tightly to itself or the structure, effectively preventing water penetration and diffusion to the substrate. This series is a high-performance waterproof building material; it is flexible, resistant to aging and cracking, and resistant to acid and alkali corrosion. It can also repair shrinkage cracks in structures such as concrete.
use:
• Waterproofing of rooftops, rooftop gardens, and green plants. • Waterproofing of indoor and outdoor floors and walls. • Waterproofing of tunnels, foundation works, basement pools, and sewage tanks.

Operating Instructions:
1. If the construction surface is a low-level surface or a subsurface surface with high negative water pressure, it must be confirmed that the drainage slope of the cement-poured floor surface is greater than 1.5%, and the slope of the wood or metal substrate must be greater than 3%.
2. Clean and dry the construction surface: Any oil, dust, and other contaminants that may affect the adhesion of the product must be cleaned and thoroughly dried.
3. Surface pretreatment: Apply a special primer evenly to the substrate surface to enhance the adhesion to the waterproofing blanket and ensure the waterproofing effect after completion.
4. Overlapping of waterproof blanket layers: Leave a 10 cm gap at the overlap, and after gluing, roll the area with a roller to remove excess air.
5. Vertical surface construction: When the waterproofing blanket is applied from the wall to the ceiling, the appropriate flashing should be nailed or otherwise fixed at the vertical/horizontal intersection.
6. Corner construction: After cleaning and pre-treating the construction surface, waterproofing treatment shall be carried out; waterproofing blankets shall be properly laid at corners, pipe edges and drainage holes, with a height of at least 10 cm from the wall surface.
Packaging specifications:
• See the table above for physical properties and specifications.
Storage method:
• Store in a well-ventilated, cool place (10~40℃), on a shelf or other safe storage space, and keep the original factory seal intact.
• Avoid direct sunlight, high temperatures, and extreme weather; excessive humidity and exposure to ultraviolet radiation will shorten the shelf life of the product.
• If stored under the above conditions, the product's shelf life is 12 months from the date of manufacture. It is recommended to use it within 6 months to ensure optimal product performance.
