The V75 model is suitable for various hardware products that require durability, abrasion resistance, scratch resistance, and chemical corrosion resistance.

use:

Hardware products – OA furniture, storage racks, etc.; automotive parts – engine hoods, shock absorber springs, etc.; pipes, steel pipe internal and external coatings; home appliances – refrigerator, washing machine bases, etc.

Usage conditions:

1. Static electricity: -60~-90 kV
2. Film thickness: Generally recommended to be 60~90μ (lower limit 50μ, upper limit 120μ), but it depends on the customer's usage requirements.

Physical properties:

1. Color: Customized
2. Appearance: Customizable, including standard flat, hammered, and sandblasted finishes.
3. Flexural strength: φ6 mm 180°
4. Extrusion resistance: 5mm
5. Impact resistant: Will not crack under a 50cm x 500g impact on both sides.
6. Pencil hardness: H or higher
7. Adhesion: 100/100 - Does not fall off
8. Gloss (60°): Customizable, 3-98%

Curing conditions:

1. Standard hardening conditions: Bake at 200°C for 10 minutes.
2. Rapid curing conditions: Bake at 200°C for 8 minutes.
3. Low-temperature curing conditions: Bake at 180°C for 10 minutes.

Storage environment:

Places with an indoor temperature below 25°C, good ventilation and dryness, humidity below 60%, and avoid direct sunlight.
If stored under the above conditions, it can be preserved for one year.

Surface pretreatment:

Depending on the workpieces used by the client and the overall process, the surface pretreatment methods and processes will vary. It is recommended to adopt the information and conditions provided by the pretreatment chemical supplier to properly treat surface dirt, oil stains, and film treatment.

Preventive measures:

1. Ensure good ventilation during application, and keep the paint away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
2. To avoid skin and eye contact or inhalation of excessive paint fumes, please use protective equipment such as a face mask and gloves.
3. If it gets into your eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical attention.
4. Keep out of reach of children.
