Product Introduction:

This is a one-component elastic polyurethane intermediate coat with excellent physical properties, such as high tensile strength, excellent elongation, and strong tear resistance. Its one-component nature eliminates the need for mixing binders and hardeners; it's ready to use straight from the can, offering convenience and speed. A single coat easily achieves a thickness of 1 to 1.5 millimeters. As an exposed waterproofing coating specifically designed for roofs, it provides excellent adhesion and long-lasting elastic protection.

Drying time will vary depending on the ambient temperature and humidity.

Note: Applying an excessively thick coat (2mm or more) in one go may result in poor drying.

The actual amount of paint applied will vary depending on factors such as the condition of the ground, the type of paint, the gloss, and the color.

Construction conditions: Concrete must be cured for at least 28 days in an environment with an air temperature of 21 degrees Celsius and a relative humidity of 50%.

Cleaning: After using all tools, please clean them thoroughly with the recommended thinner.

If dilution is required, please use the provided thinner.

For walls with different degrees of chalkiness, the dilution ratio can be adjusted appropriately according to their paint absorption capacity and the number of coats applied.

Instructions for use:

Surface treatment

Concrete needs to be cured for at least 28 days in an environment with an air temperature of 21 degrees Celsius and a relative humidity of 50%.

Before construction, moisture, grease, old or damaged coatings, and other contaminants must be removed from the surface.

If there are any cracks on the surface, please use Cleanthane 1000 to add fiberglass repair.

For coarse cracks or fissures, as well as the junction of walls and floors, reinforce with Cleanthane 2100 and grout ( 7:3).

Paint preparation

Stir well before use, and mix thoroughly with the hardener as recommended in the instructions.

Under normal circumstances, no thinner needs to be added.

Storage:

Storage period: 6 months

This product must be stored in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place, away from direct sunlight and fire.

Notes:

Please read the paint instructions carefully before application.

The paint should be thoroughly stirred after opening the can.

Strictly follow the dilution ratio specified in the instructions; do not dilute excessively.

Please mix the main agent and hardener thoroughly according to the proportions indicated in the instruction manual.

Any grease, moisture, or dust on the construction surface must be thoroughly cleaned, and the moisture content of the substrate must be less than 8%.

This product is flammable and should be kept away from heat sources and open flames.

The work area should be well-ventilated during construction, and workers should avoid contact with skin and eyes. Please refer to SDS for relevant information.

Do not use when the temperature is below 5 °C or the relative humidity exceeds 85%.

Unused main agent and hardener should be sealed separately and stored in a cool place.

Gray and light-colored products may fade or change color over time or during application due to exposure to ultraviolet radiation. This is a normal reaction and does not affect the quality or performance.

Note : Coating application: Use tools such as a serrated scraper, rubber scraper, or rake to apply the Singlethane coating in layers, consisting of an initial coat ( 0.5 to 1.0 mm ) and a second main coat. Applying an excessively thick coat ( 2 mm or more) in one go may result in poor drying.
