N20 Epoxy Floor Primer

Product Introduction:

This product is a transparent primer formulated with epoxy resin as the primary resin and a polyamide curing agent. The coating film offers excellent wetting, flexibility, chemical resistance, and low toxicity, while providing good resistance to acids, alkalis, oil stains, solvents, and moisture.

Uses:

Suitable for surface protection of concrete floors and cement products; it can also be used as an excellent primer for floor topcoats and cement wall topcoats.

Color: Colorless and transparent

Mixing Ratio: A : B = 3 : 1 (by weight)

Thinner: N66

Recommended Application: 1 coat

Drying Time:

Drying time varies with ambient temperature and humidity.

Theoretical Coverage:

General: 12.6 m²/L/coat (Dry film thickness: 30 μm per coat)

Actual paint coverage may vary depending on surface conditions, coating type, gloss, and color.

Instructions for Use:

Surface Preparation

The surface must be flat and dry.

Before application, remove moisture, grease, old coatings, and other contaminants from the surface.

Material Preparation

Stir evenly before use. Mix thoroughly with the curing agent according to the technical instructions.

Generally, no additives are required (if necessary, additives may be added at <5%).

Storage:

Shelf life: 12 months

This product must be stored in a tightly sealed container in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight and ignition sources.

Precautions:

Please read the instruction manual carefully before application.

Stir thoroughly after opening the paint can.

Follow the mixing ratios specified in the instructions strictly.

The base layer moisture content should be less than 8%.

This product is flammable; keep away from heat sources and open flames.

Maintain good ventilation during application and avoid contact with skin and eyes. Refer to the SDS for details.

Do not apply when the temperature is below 5 ℃ or relative humidity is above 85%.

Store unused base component and curing agent separately in sealed containers in a cool place.

Epoxy floor paint may fade or change color under sunlight; this is a normal reaction and does not affect quality or performance.

1. Keep air circulating during application and keep the paint away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
2. To avoid contact with skin and eyes or inhalation of excess paint mist, please wear protective gear such as masks and gloves.
3. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical attention.
4. Keep out of reach of children.
