Product Introduction:
This coating is made from epoxy polyamide resin and coal tar asphalt. It is a two-component coal tar epoxy coating with high hardness and elasticity, strong adhesion, and excellent water and chemical resistance. A single coat can achieve a dry film thickness of 150-200 mm. Due to its excellent alkali resistance, oil resistance, and seawater resistance, it is suitable for crude oil storage tanks, wastewater treatment plants, distilled water storage tanks, and areas requiring water and chemical resistance.
characteristic:
1. The paint film is tough and has good adhesion, abrasion resistance and impact resistance.
2. It can withstand a certain amount of physical external force, protecting the substrate from damage.
3. It dries quickly and is easy to apply.
use:
1. Corrosion protection for the outer wall of buried steel pipes, such as cast iron for the outside of water pipes.
2. Sewage treatment plants and sewage tanks, such as the inner side of cement-made sewage treatment tanks.
3. Underwater equipment and marine engineering.
4. The inner side of steel crude oil storage tanks and the inner side of steel chemical storage tanks.
5. Foundation corrosion protection.
6. Surface corrosion protection engineering for steel and concrete structures in various environments.

Instructions for use:
Surface treatment requirements:
1. Use a solvent to remove visible moisture, grease, oil, lubricants, cutting fluid, and other soluble contaminants from the metal surface that may affect adhesion, or use other methods to prepare the surface condition for the coating application, following the SSPC-SP1 surface preparation standard to prepare for subsequent protective coating applications.
2. The steel structure surface must be sandblasted to Sa2.5 (very thorough sandblasting) or SSPC-SP10 grade. Without using a magnifying glass, at least 95% of the surface area should be free of any visible oil, grease, dust, dirt, scale, rust, coatings, oxides, corrosion products, and other foreign matter. The surface roughness should be within the range of Rz 30-75μm.
3. Power tool treatment must meet St 3. This standard defines the use of power tools (such as power wire brushes, grinders, abrasive discs, etc.) to remove loose rust, scale, old coatings, and other foreign matter from the steel surface until the surface has a metallic sheen. However, minor scratches and discoloration are permissible. It is equivalent to SSPC-SP3 in the US SSPC standard.
4. Surface Defect Treatment: This includes weld slag, burrs, cracks, and holes. These defects affect the adhesion and protective effect of the coating and should be removed or repaired as much as possible.
5. After surface treatment, a thorough inspection should be conducted to ensure that there are no contaminants or defects such as moisture, oil, grease, dust, dirt, scale, rust, welding slag, or burrs before proceeding with the next step.
6. Under any atmospheric conditions, it is best to perform the painting work within 1 hour after the completion of the "surface treatment" procedure, and no later than 8 hours after the "surface treatment".
7. Different coatings have different requirements for surface cleanliness and roughness. Please discuss this in detail with our sales staff before using this product.
Construction environment requirements:
Coating application should be carried out under suitable environmental conditions to ensure the quality of the coating. The following factors should be considered:
1. Temperature: Please construct within the recommended temperature range. Generally, it is not advisable to construct in environments below 5℃ or above 40℃.
2. Humidity: The relative humidity should not exceed 85%, and construction should be avoided in humid or rainy weather.
3. Wind speed: Excessive wind speed will affect the spraying effect; avoid construction on windy days.
4. Surface Temperature: The surface temperature of the steel should be at least 3°C higher than the dew point temperature to prevent condensation.
Storage:
Shelf life: 12 months. This product should be stored in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place, away from direct sunlight and fire.
Notes:
1. Please read the paint instructions carefully before application.
2. The paint should be thoroughly stirred after opening the can.
3. Strictly follow the dilution ratio specified in the instruction manual; do not dilute excessively.
4. The main agent and hardener should be thoroughly mixed according to the proportions indicated in the instruction manual.
5. This product is flammable and should be kept away from heat sources and open flames.
6. The work area should be well-ventilated during construction. Workers should avoid contact with skin and eyes. Please refer to SDS for related matters.
7. Unused base agent and hardener should be sealed separately and stored in a cool place.
Packaging specifications:
