It is used in 27.5kV traction power supply systems for electrified railways, installed on the outdoor end of 27.5kV single-phase AC cross-linked polyethylene insulated cables to achieve electrical connection with outdoor high-voltage electrical appliances or equipment.

Product Description

1. Product performance meets the requirements of GB/T28427-2012 standard. 2. The terminal body uses high-quality imported liquid silicone as the base material and is molded using a high-temperature, high-pressure injection process. The product possesses excellent properties such as high elasticity, high tear resistance, aging resistance, corona resistance, and creepage resistance; its optimized structural design and sophisticated installation process meet the requirements of the special power supply environment and operating characteristics of electrified railways.

3. The terminal body and protective pipe have built-in pre-expanded supports. During installation, after the cable body is properly treated as required, the supports can be spirally pulled out to shrink and press them onto the cable, making on-site installation convenient and quick.
