Application areas:
Insulating caps are used to seal the pre-reserved openings of 600A or 200A busbar bushings or to seal bushings with removed cable connectors during maintenance. They are accessory accessories for bushings, providing full insulation and sealing protection for energized bushings, and dustproof and moisture-proof sealing protection for non-energized bushings.
Product Description
The plug interface conforms to the IEEE 386 standard for 600A or 200A sleeve design.
It uses imported EPDM rubber, which not only has excellent electrical properties, but also is tear-resistant, ozone-resistant, oxidation-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and has high mechanical strength.
The internationally advanced three-layer injection molding process effectively ensures interface performance and minimizes partial discharge; the inner and outer shield design of the shielded plug optimizes the electric field structure; the uniform outer shielding layer, with a grounding resistance of less than 1000Ω, effectively keeps the outer surface of the cable head at zero potential, ensuring the personal safety of maintenance operators; and it has good thermal stability and thermodynamic properties.
