Application areas:
Used for incoming and outgoing line locations in electrical equipment of 35kV and below. The product conforms to IEEE 386 design, providing full insulation and shielding of accessible electrical connections for the outgoing bushings and cables of electrical equipment.
Product Description
The American-style 35kV separable connector is consistent with the IEC series 35kV E-type separable connector with E-type bushing.
35kV front-mounted connector, model: WEB 35/630; 35kV rear-mounted connector, model: WEBK 35/630. These products are generally used in 35kV cable branch boxes to provide a fully insulated electrical connection between the bushing and the cable.
When in operation, it is bolted to the bushing socket of the switchgear; its tail can be directly plugged with an insulating plug, or it can be extended to connect to a rear-mounted cable plug or a rear-mounted surge arrester.
The rear plug connects to the front plug of the same series or another rear plug of the same series, providing an extended cable connection loop (branch). It cannot be directly connected to the bushing. The tail can be directly plugged with an insulating plug, or it can be extended to connect to another rear-plug cable head or rear-plug surge arrester of the same series.
Features:
- 1. Made of high-quality EPDM rubber, it not only has excellent electrical properties, but also is tear-resistant, ozone-resistant, oxidation-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and has high mechanical strength.
- 2. The internationally advanced three-layer injection process effectively ensures interface performance, avoids interlayer gaps, and minimizes partial discharge.
3. The inner and outer shields of the shielded plug are designed and optimized using simulation software, resulting in a more reasonable electric field structure. The outer shielding layer is molded, and the grounding resistance is less than 5000Ω, effectively keeping the outer surface of the cable head at zero potential and ensuring the safety of maintenance personnel.
