Product Description
FNL foamed sealing compound is a protective sealing material independently developed by our company, which integrates fireproofing, sealing and anti-condensation. It is a highly active chemical substance developed using polymer matrix technology. The design adopts a two-component composition. After the two materials are mixed on site, they can achieve rapid self-leveling, and then expand and solidify to form a seal.

Features:
Self-leveling, sealing, and easy to install.
It is easy to expand and facilitates secondary construction. After curing, it forms a solid with a rigid exterior and a flexible interior. It is easy to expand and open holes when increasing volume, without the need for special tools.
It has good thermal insulation performance, effectively preventing temperature changes inside the distribution cabinet caused by changes in water vapor temperature in the cable trench;
After curing, it forms a hard outer layer and a soft inner layer, creating a sealed enclosure that completely isolates moisture and prevents small animals from entering the electrical cabinet.
It exhibits good adhesion to PE, concrete, and steel plates;
It has good flame retardant properties, with an oxygen index above 32, achieving a flame retardant rating of V0. Furthermore, the material is halogen-free, making it environmentally friendly.
Long lifespan; can be used for more than 20 years after curing.
The reaction temperature is below 50℃, which will not damage the cable.
The applicable temperature range is -30℃ to 90℃;
The shelf life of a single-component product is 6 months.
