Product Description

A fully cold-shrink cable joint is a type of cable joint used at the splicing point of two cables to restore the cable's structure and function. Its main body is made of high-quality liquid silicone rubber, injection-cured in a factory, then expanded in diameter and lined with a plastic spiral support. Depending on the voltage level, it is available in 1kV, 8.7/15kV, 12/20kV, 18/30kV, and 26/35kV versions.


Full cold shrink technology: No open flame or special tools are required, and there is no trouble of gradually inserting it. Just gently pull out the core rope, and it will shrink back due to its own elasticity, thus attaching tightly to the cable and completing the installation.
Reliable insulation: Made with imported liquid silicone rubber, ensuring excellent insulation and high resilience. After installation, it always provides constant and lasting radial pressure to the cable body, with low partial discharge, and "breathes" with the cable body.
Excellent sealing: The combination of sealant and high-performance waterproof tape creates a three-layer waterproof structure consisting of the main body, inner sheath, and outer sheath, achieving long-term sealing and waterproofing.
Easy installation: Installation is simple, with low technical dependence on operation. Cable pretreatment requires a short stripping distance and minimal installation space. Grounding uses a constant force spring process, eliminating the need for welding or copper binding wire, making it faster and more reliable.
Wide range of applications: Different protective shells with different functions can be selected for external protection, giving the cable joints features such as corrosion resistance, resistance to mechanical impact, fire resistance, and explosion protection.
