Description

This agent targets the causes and chemical composition of rust layers on iron-based metal surfaces, converting "rust" into inorganic salts. Through its unique penetrating action, the agent infiltrates the pores of iron-based metal rust to replace iron oxide. It forms a durable, inert phosphating film on the metal substrate, isolating the base metal from the air to prevent re-rusting. After rust-proof treatment, the metal surface develops microscopic tooth-like pores, which provide strong adhesion for surface coatings and enhance the bond between the substrate metal and the coating.

Applicable to rusty objects, new steel and iron, aluminum, galvanized aluminum alloys, copper, and other non-ferrous metals.

Instructions for Use

1. This agent can be used directly without dilution.

2. If the surface has oil stains, grime, or mineral oil, remove them before using this agent.

3. For surfaces with heavy rust, remove loose flakes and patches first to save costs during the conversion process.

4. 1kg of this agent can evenly cover 40-60 square meters. Simply apply a light, even coating to the surface of the object.

5. Objects treated with this agent do not require neutralization or rinsing with water.

6. To accelerate drying, place the object in a ventilated area or use heat-drying methods. Natural air-drying at room temperature takes within 60 minutes.

7. Once inorganic salts and iron oxides on the surface are lightly wiped away with sandpaper, the object is ready for painting.

8. Three methods of application:

  • Brushing: Apply the agent evenly and thoroughly onto the surface of the object; proceed with surface coating once completely dry.
  • Spraying: Use a manual, pneumatic, or electric spray gun to spray the surface of the object evenly and thoroughly; proceed with surface coating once completely dry.
  • Immersion: Completely immerse the object in the agent for 30 to 180 seconds (depending on the process). Remove the object and proceed with surface coating once completely dry (naturally air-dried, approximately by the next day).
