Application areas:
High-altitude areas (high UV intensity, accelerating material aging), coastal areas (high salinity and acid/alkali levels, accelerating aging and reducing flashover performance) , and heavy industrial sites such as chemical plants and steel mills (corrosive suspended particles).
Product Description
- 1. The porcelain bushing is made of high-strength electrical porcelain. The upper and lower flanges are made of corrosion-resistant alloy.
- 2. The main body is injection molded from high-performance imported liquid silicone rubber, which has excellent anti-aging properties and no stress relaxation after long-term use, thus ensuring the service life of the stress cone.
- 3. The liquid insulating medium between the stress cone and the inner wall of the ceramic sleeve is polyisobutylene.
- 4. The overall terminal design has sufficient leakage distance, and the external insulation design enables operation in heavily polluted environments.
- 1. This product is a seated outdoor terminal, especially suitable for harsh environments such as coastal areas, plateaus, and heavy industrial areas;
- 2. Compared with cold-shrink, heat-shrink, and prefabricated composite material terminals, it has stronger corrosion resistance and aging resistance.
- 3. The inorganic electrical porcelain material, combined with a special umbrella skirt design, can improve the resistance to pollution flashover and aging in harsh environments such as coastal areas and plateaus (e.g., thermal power plants, chemical plants), ensuring the safety of cable circuits.

Product Parameters
Electrical performance:
| Serial Number | Testing items | Standard requirements |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | AC withstand voltage |
117kV, 5 minutes, no breakdown, no flashover; 104kV, 1 minute, rain exposure, no breakdown, no flashover. |
| 2 | Partial discharge |
The discharge quantity at 45kV is no more than 10pC. |
| 3 | Impulse voltage test (at a conductor temperature of 95-100℃) |
200kV, 10 tests each for positive and negative polarities, no breakdown or flashover. |
| 4 | Constant pressure load cyclic test (in air) |
65kV, conductor heated to (95-100)℃, each cycle lasting 8 hours (5 hours of heating and 3 hours of cooling), for a total of 60 cycles. |
| 5 | Partial discharge (at conductor temperature of 95-100℃ and ambient temperature) |
The discharge quantity at 45kV is no more than 10pC. |
| 6 | Short-circuit thermal stability (shielded) |
Under the I sc condition of the cable shield, a secondary short circuit resulted in no visible damage. |
| 7 | Short-circuit thermal stability (conductor) |
When the voltage is raised to θsc below the cable conductor, a secondary short circuit occurs, but no visible damage is observed. |
| 8 | Short-circuit dynamic stability |
A short circuit under I d resulted in no visible damage. |
| 9 | Impulse voltage test |
200kV, 10 tests each for positive and negative polarities, no breakdown or flashover. |
| 10 | AC withstand voltage |
65kV, 15min, no breakdown, no flashover |
