Application areas:
It is used in 27.5kV traction power supply systems for electrified railways, installed at the joint of two 27.5kV single-phase AC cross-linked polyethylene insulated cables to achieve electrical connection between the two cables.
Product Description
1. Product performance meets the requirements of GB/T28427-2012 standard. 2. The intermediate joint body uses high-quality imported liquid silicone as the base material and is molded using a high-temperature, high-pressure injection process. The product has excellent properties such as high elasticity, high tear resistance, aging resistance, corona resistance, and creepage resistance; its optimized structural design and excellent installation process meet the requirements of the special power supply environment and operating characteristics of electrified railways.
3. The intermediate joint body has a built-in pre-expansion support. During installation, after properly handling the cable body as required, the support can be spirally pulled out to shrink and press it onto the cable, making on-site installation convenient and quick.
