Product Description
Intelligent coating robots are mainly used in live insulation coating projects for 10kV/35kV bare conductors. With the continuous advancement of urbanization in my country, more and more old and aging bare high-voltage conductors are penetrating into residential spaces, thus creating significant electric shock hazards. In order to effectively prevent electric shock accidents in residential areas, the State Grid and China Southern Power Grid are vigorously promoting insulation projects for bare high-voltage conductors.
Our intelligent coating robot can perform live insulation coating on power grids without power outages. Operators can remotely control the process, evenly applying self-curing insulating material around the conductors to achieve insulation upgrades. The insulating coating material rapidly cures upon contact with air, forming a stable insulating layer structure, and completely curing into an insulating protective layer within 24 hours.

Consumable characteristics:
Fast-curing self-curing silicone rubber, 100% solids content, surface dry in 40 minutes, and reaches strength after 4 hours;
The material uses a modified formula and is lightweight (0.98 g/cm³) while also maintaining a certain degree of flexibility;
It has excellent insulation properties and good resistance to creepage and contamination.
Good waterproof sealing performance and anti-leakage performance;
Excellent heat resistance, heat dissipation, and flame retardant properties;
Good resistance to UV aging;
It has good adhesion to metal surfaces and excellent corrosion protection.
