Product Code: A66 drum 180kg (196kgA-66 Multipurpose Brushable Glue is a high-quality, imported chloroprene-based (neoprene) contact adhesive. The product is specifically benzene-free, ensuring safety and environmental friendliness. A-66 glue stands out for its high heat resistance of over 120°C, excellent bonding strength on various materials, and flexible application time, which helps optimize work processes.
Applications: Bonding wood, veneer, MDF, leather, fabric, felt, simili, footwear, backpacks, handbags, and various components for tables, chairs, sofas, beds, cabinets, shelves, and foam cushions, etc.
Advantages: High heat resistance (over 120°C), excellent bonding strength on a wide range of materials, and flexible application time.
Usage Instructions: Clean off dust, use sandpaper to increase surface roughness, stir the glue well, and use a brush or roller to apply the glue evenly onto both surfaces. Do not bond immediately while the glue is still wet, as this leads to future peeling. Fix and press the two surfaces together firmly, using even pressure or a clamping tool. Keep fixed for at least 30 minutes and do not move the bonding position after pressing. The glue reaches maximum adhesion after 24 hours.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place at a temperature below 35°C.
