NA99 Vinyl Flooring Adhesive

Description

NA99 is a one-component
acrylic-based dispersion adhesive used for bonding LVT, PVC, and VCT flooring
in sheet, tile, and roll forms onto
level substrates.

Surface Preparation:
The substrate must be level, completely dry (
concrete moisture content must be below 6%), solid, and free of cracks, dust, and adhesion-reducing substances. For uneven surfaces,
please use our IBTECO G-812 self-leveling mortar.

Application Method:
Stir NA99 thoroughly before use. Using a suitable notched trowel or roller, apply evenly to the substrate starting from the outside of the container,
avoiding accumulation. After NA99 reaches the appropriate natural drying time, lay the flooring and press down firmly. Once installation is complete, use a dedicated roller
to smooth out the entire surface of the installed flooring.

Coverage:
Depends on the
structure and absorbency of the substrate. On smooth, level surfaces
using an A1 trowel, the coverage is approximately 250 g to 300 g/m². Coverage may vary when using different trowels.
