It is mainly used in sealing, insulation, bundling and fixing of various wire harnesses, marine wires and cables and metal pipes in situations requiring sealing, waterproofing, moisture protection and corrosion protection.
Product Description
The environmentally friendly double-walled tube is composed of two layers: a flexible, flame-retardant polyolefin layer and a hot-melt adhesive layer. The outer layer is made of insulating and flame-retardant polyolefin material, while the inner layer of hot-melt adhesive buffers mechanical strain and provides strong sealing. The product's main functions are sealing and waterproofing, corrosion prevention, leak prevention, and insulation protection. Its high shrinkage ratio allows it to protect a wider range of components with varying diameters.
It is mainly used in sealing, insulation, bundling and fixing of various wire harnesses, marine wires and cables and metal pipes in situations requiring sealing, waterproofing, moisture protection and corrosion protection.
Performance Standard: UL Certified
Heat shrink ratio: 3:1, 4:1
Initial shrinkage temperature: ≥ +70 ℃ ;
Complete shrinkage temperature: ≥ +125 ℃
Operating temperature: -45 ℃ ~ +125 ℃
High shrinkage rate, flame-retardant outer layer, UV resistant.
Environmental Standards: RoHS
Standard color: Black (ten standard colors are available upon request)
