Application areas:
Primarily used in AC high-voltage power transmission, suitable for connecting cables to sulfur hexafluoride gas-insulated switchgear, and for connecting power cables to high-voltage transformers.
Product Description
- 1. The stress cone material is made of imported EPDM rubber, which is resistant to thermal shock, leakage current, and has high breakdown strength. It also possesses excellent interfacial, thermal, and thermodynamic properties.
- 2. The structure of spring-pressing the profit cone onto the conical wall of the epoxy sleeve overcomes the drawbacks of elastic relaxation caused by material aging of the stress cone and poor contact between the stress cone and the outer semiconductive layer of the cable, thus ensuring the long-term safe operation of the terminal.
- 3. The entire terminal is a completely dry structure, requiring no additional insulating casting agent. Therefore, there is no accelerated aging of the stress cone due to immersion in insulating casting agent, thus improving the service life of the stress cone. Furthermore, it eliminates the possibility of oil leakage and other related phenomena during operation.
- 4. The terminal has a fully dry structure. All electrical connections and insulation components of the terminal are placed inside a metal casing, which is fully shielded and surface-mounted.
- 4. This terminal is suitable for indoor/outdoor use. Since the terminal does not come into contact with the atmospheric environment, environmental conditions, stain levels, and altitudes are all considered unrestricted.
